The only things I don’t like so far is the small cut out to turn the FF3 on/off and the location of the battery and having to have a tool to change it. I may take a dremel to it or something to make it better suited for me. I’ve got back up irons on and they go-witness great.

Bought for an AR9 pistol but I think it's too much magnification. I might move it to a AR rifle which it was built for. It's a nice optic for the price though. Build quality seems good, time will tell.

With the mini red dot mounted, this is an all-around set up for every thing out to 400m, maybe 600 if you push it. Solidly built, heavy and tough. Eye relief is like an ACOG. The red dot brightness sensor is also a good feature.

For the at-536, the eye relief is right at an inch to 1.5 inches. I’ve got it temporarily mounted and the eye relief isn’t to my liking. It’s to close and in my opinion, I don’t think the ar-536 would be good for CQB due to the 5x magnification.

I have tried adjustable scopes, red dots with 3x magnifier, 1x4 compact scopes. Each has it's own pluses and minuses. I wanted to try an acog but didnt want to pay the acog price. Found these prism fixed power scopes that seemed to fit the bill. The free fastfire I thought I was going to not use I ended up putting on top and I like it a lot for my old eyes. 5x for distance and red dot for close up. Have not taken it to the range just yet but the glass is very clear. Eye relief is not the greatest but it honestly seems the same as many of my other scopes so I cant complain fits my ar pistol with sba3 brace on second to last notch on the brace and last notch on the rail.

I have had about a month to test and review Burris's AR-536 5x and the FastFire 3. Once mounted and bore sighted, it didn't take much to get it dialed in. Having never used a FastFire type optic, I just mounted it on top of the 536 as shown on an AR-15. While both were extremely accurate, I was really impressed with the FF3. No need to cheek the firearm, just put the dot on target and get direct hits. Sight picture adjustment/hold need to get hits further out, but that will depend on your choice of ammo. These are my 2nd and 3rd Burris optics and I am extremely happy with all 3. Not to mention the price point on this deal.

Outstanding scope that's well built and is a great addition to my M and P 15. Had an issue with a screw on the mounting bracket. Burris sent me a new one no questions asked. Description does not mention but dot crosshairs work with or without power. Red and green dots have multiple brightness levels. Would definitely purchase again.

The 5x scope and fastfire are exactly what I was looking for. 5x magnification easily gets me under 4 moa @ 200 yards. Fastfire red dot on top for close encounters got me 1 moa @ 50 yards. I’m no competitive shooter but with these I feel like I can be. Thanks to OpticsPlanet for giving the best deal on the combo along with fast and free shipping.

I put this sight on my sons ar and we love the combo. Well worth the price. Very accurate and and the look it adds to the gun is nice too. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend a arm and a leg for a sight.

The scope is crystal clear and I had it dialed in within 10 shots. I was worried about the eye relief being too tight but it is not an issue at all on my lr308 and there is no need for b.u.i.s. due to the etched reticle. The fastfire 3 is also crystal clear, but definetely needs a riser for use on a flat top ar. all around no complaints.

This is one of my favorite sights. 5x power is more than enough to reach out past 100 yards with quick easy engagement. I was surprised at how big the field of view was. Im comfortable enough to use this up close too. That leaves me free to put the free fast fire on one of my pistols. Planning on ordering another while they have this offer going.

I've built a hundred different rifles and had 50 different optics dollar for dollar you can't beat this thing. Plus a free fastfire, get out of town. It has a solid mount. The rails at 9, 12 and 3 are all removable.

Straight out of the box, this little guy was on steel at 100yds with no adjustments made. The fastfire 3 mounted on top took a bit to dial in correctly, but once there it held true. Only complaint is with the battery lid on the fastfire( or any similar rds). If it is not lined up perfectly, it will not seal properly. Wish they had a few more threads on them.

I liked everything about this product. The clarity of the glass is great. The red/green illumination is perfect. Easy to mount. I liked the little cable on the turret caps, so they can’t be lost. The flip up lens covers are nice, but I do not find them necessary

I picked up this combo for $399.99 and couldn't be happier with it. I proceeded to put the AR-536 onto my 16" carbine, and the first thing I noticed was how clear the glass was. The eye relief bothered me at first, but it isn't too bad after some drilling. It was easy to sight in @ 100yds and took about 10 rounds. The etched reticle is a nice touch as well. I can't vouch for how tough the housing is, as I haven't bashed it into anything yet, however it does seem very well made. The FastFire3 ended up on my KSG 12ga bullpup shotgun. This too was very easy to dial in. I had my worries at first; I've tried other optics on this particular weapon and it has killed them very quickly from the shock. I believe this to be because the optics mount on the barrel, in front of all the action. ~150 rounds later and it still holds the zero with no problems! Seems like a high quality product that can take reasonable beatings. TLDR; Great combo at a great price point.

Very nice product.nice , clear and easy to mount. Had to move my rear sight to mount the Burris as close as possible to my eye. Eye relief isn't great but think its the best product in its class.Great for bad eyes and astigmatism.Haven't sighted it in a 100 yards yet. Hope to soon.

Good product, made solid, does exactly what it claims, very clear optic, like having the 3 color options and good sight picture, also like getting the Burris fast fire 3 with it, great deal price wise for the 2 products
