I would rate this pack very high just on weight alone. Compared to its predecessor the Crew Cab the Cabinet is much lighter. The reason I gave it 4 stars is it lost a couple of the things I really loved about the crew cab. #1 it lost the ability to add a lid. there are not enough buckles, nor loops to add buckles or straps to add a lid to this pack. With the lid it makes the pack that much more versatile. #2 the Zipper for the water blatter area. This used to be more of a flap now its just a slit and very hard to slide a full 3 liter bladder down into.
