All steel sight attaches to any of our railed gas blocks to give you a backup iron sight. Sight folds out of the sight line with the push of a button and flips and locks in the deployed position with ease. Mounts quickly and easily with the included thumb screw. Accepts all standard AR sight posts and hardware (included). NOTE: this is not compatible with same plane/forearm mounted sight systems; must be attached to railed gas block.

This sight is mounted on my "dirty gun," I purchased an AM 15 ORC and did not want spend a lot upgrading it since it is so inexpensive. It did not come with any sights. My only complaint would be the cost of this YHM sight. It is in my opinion a bit overpriced. Having said that, I am pleased with its quality, functionality, and appearance. I have sighted it in and put many rounds down range without any problems. This sight solves the problem from this type of AR15 setup which has the lower gas block mount. I had to do a lot of searching and calling to find me the right one for this setup. Well that would lead me to the only other problem I came across...lack of information. I gad to call YHM to get proper info to know whether or not this sight would work, but once i spoke to them i was assured it would fit my needs.
